Datsik Postponed, Jakes Takes His Place!

It's a double-edged sword kinda day. After the optimism of being told Datsik's VISA would be cleared for our show, we've now been informed that it's not happening. Datsik's April 15th Miami show is postponed for a future date, our apologies for any inconvenience.

On the upside, a badman from Bristol is stepping up to the plate. This Thursday, Miami gets it's first visit from the one and only HENCH boss JAKES!

In 2009, the release of The Jakes Project, which included anthems such as Rock Tha Bells and Warface, demonstrated Jakes’ ability to straddle genres with his aptness for innovation and style remaining intact. With his own productions receiving widespread support from as wide-ranging DJs from Skream to Crookers to Mary Anne Hobbs to Gaslamp Killer, Jakes has gone on to produce remixes that have topped download charts and he regularly receives extensive radio coverage. With this in mind, it’s no wonder that his label has a host of talented artists releasing their productions through the HENCH imprint.

We're proud to announce another surprise guest for the BassHead Birthday. Master turntablist DJ J.STORM is coming down to show off his skills! Check the resume.

Find the rest of the killer lineup on the Facebook Event here. This is sure to be a great one, so come out and celebrate 9 years of BassHead Music with us!

As an added bonus to this post, I'd just like everyone to know that HATCHA IS COMING TO GET LOW JULY 15TH!!!!!
